How We Work?

Contingency Search
When you have a need for a unique individual not likely to come to you through your own efforts, but the need is not critical, contingency search will work for you. There is no fee due until the individual is hired. At the start date of our candidate, a fee of 30% of the individual's cash compensation will be due us.
Engaged Search
If you have a more critical need, and require our undivided attention, engaged search is a good choice. An engagement fee of $5,000.00 will be due at the start of the search, with a total fee of 25% of the candidate's annual cash compensation. The engagement fee is non-refundable and is deducted from the total fee, the balance due at the start of the selected individual.
Retained Search
This plan will reduce the total search fee to 20% of first annual cash compensation. A retainer of one-third is paid on the signing of the agreement and is an engagement fee. The remaining two-thirds of the fee is due at the start date of the selected individual. In the event that the client hires through another means, a credit of one half of the fee will apply to any subsequent search.
Guarantee
If one of our candidates leaves your organization for any performance related reason within six months of their start date, we will replace them at no additional charge.

Fads in resume writing come and go, but keep in mind that people reading resumes generally are reading many, many at any one time. Lists of strengths, descriptions of accomplishments unrelated to your work history are likely to get you round filed! It is just too much work for the reader to put the pieces together and make the connection to their organization's needs.
